Het is 1 januari, het nieuwe jaar.

Iedereen wenst zijn of haar vrienden en familie het beste toe voor het nieuwe jaar.

Iedereen wenst zijn of haar vrienden en familie gezondheid en geluk toe voor 2014.

Maar weet je wat ik nou eigenlijk echt zou wensen voor het nieuwe jaar?

Dat mensen, echt alle mensen, overal ter wereld elkaar zouden respecteren en met vriendelijkheid tegemoet treden.

Dat alle mensen ter wereld vergeten om naar ras, afkomst, geloof of andere factoren die groepen definiëren te kijken en dat mensen zich beseffen dat we allemaal, niemand uitgezonderd eerst en vooral toch mensen zijn.

Ik zou willen dat we onze energie en ons geld niet meer steken in wapens, in manieren verzinnen om elkaar uit te roeien, maar dat we dit allemaal besteden aan elkaar helpen.

Aan een wereldwijde goed functionerende gezondheidszorg opzetten die voor iedereen beschikbaar is altijd en onder alle omstandigheden.

Aan een wereldwijde goed functionerend scholingssysteem op te zetten waar geleerd word verschillen in cultuur en achtergrond te respecteren.

Waar geleerd word om eerlijk, open en met respect met elkaar om te gaan.

Waar geleerd word samen te werken en verschillen in mening uit te praten en op te lossen in plaats van uit te vechten.

Waar geleerd word om gezond verstand te gebruiken.

Ik zou willen dat mensen eerlijk tegen elkaar zijn.

Dat mensen elkaar met fatsoen behandelen.

Dat mensen zouden stoppen met oorlog voeren en dingen zouden uitpraten en tot een goede oplossing in het belang van alle mensen zouden komen.

Ik zou willen dat de wereld samen werkt om voedsel tekorten en overschotten op te lossen, om gebrek aan kennis of materiaal op te lossen en vooral om iedereens leven beter te maken.

Ik zou willen dat overheden samenwerken en zich focussen op de dingen die belangrijk zijn voor de mensheid.

Ik zou willen dat ze ophielden met elkaar en hun burgers te bespioneren maar de handen inéén zouden slaan.

Ik zou willen dat ze zouden proberen werkgelegenheid en een stabiele economie te creëren wereldwijd i.p.v. een hun geld pompen in grote legers en geavanceerde wapens en spionage middelen.

Ik zou willen dat niemand meer reden heeft om in angst te leven of honger te lijden.

Maar ik zou vooral willen dat iedereen dit met mij zou willen en hiernaar zou handelen.

Want als iedereen dit wil.

Dan gebeurt het uiteindelijk.

Als iedereen bereid is iedereen te respecteren.

Dan krijg je een samenleving die zich daarna vormt.

Dit is wat ik zou wensen voor het nieuwe jaar.

Ben ik asociaal dat ik dit wens?

Los hiervan wens ik iedereen natuurlijk een geweldig, gelukkig, liefdevol en vooral gezond 2014!

This morning and part of the afternoon some idiots have been trying to hack my website.
They did this via brute force attacks on the node/add paths of my site in hopes to get past the login.
Of course this didn't work.

However, what did happen was that they didn't just bashed my site, nope, they bashed it so fast and obviously that the load on the shared hosting servers climbed to 8. Of course these morons didn't try to be subtle so soon enough alarms were triggered with the hosting company who in turn just restarted apache and mysql and banned the ips of the idiots trying to bash my site.

So, people, first of all, don't try brute force, it's the attack of the monkeys, of the script kiddo's who don't know how to do a proper hack. And, it's not only lame, it's also hurtful for everyone hosting on the IP of the site you are attacking because it is a mild form of DoS.
So, if you want to hack, be subtle, brute force will get you noticed and land you in jail. Plus, you are hurting other people then your intended target, this is never a good idea, not morally, but also not from the viewpoint of someone who wishes to hack a website.

So, if you want to use brute force, do it slowly without triggering a high load on the server, you will be less noticed. Unfortunately for most people, you probably will be noticed by me because I log all login attempts with invalid ID's or passwords. If I had the resources I would setup a sandbox for you people to practice in... But then again, the people bashing my site probably aren't interested in the fine art of hacking and security, they are interested in creating a spam platform on this website, or use it to infect people with viruses. And that is something I can't allow.

So sorry mister spammer, your attempts have been logged and your providers (yes both of them) have been notified, so probably you will loose at least two of your zombies from which to try something like this again.
